MTV reports:
Sean Faris may no longer be stalking the woods of Mystic Falls on the “Vampire Diaries,” but that doesn’t mean his dance with The CW is over. The 27-year-old actor has just been cast as the lead in the series “The Wyoming Project,” penned by “Gilmore Girls” writer Amy Sherman-Palladino. We’re betting execs saw his hot, hot Men’s Health cover and knew they couldn’t let the star flee too far.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the drama centers around Sean’s character Gideon Thorpe, “a horse trainer who becomes the patriarch of a Wyoming ranch responsible for his three younger sisters after their parents die.”
